At Rüdi's, our goal is always to sell every loaf and pastry fresh on the day it's baked. That said, we often have a small number of beautifully made items remaining at the end of the day.

Rather than see them go to waste, Rüdi's Rescue gives yesterday's bake a second chance. Every purchase helps keep great food out of the bin while recovering some of the costs of making it - supporting a more sustainable bakery, both environmentally and financially.

Available Rescue products are updated daily based on what remains from the previous day's bake. Quantities are limited and change daily.
