Rüdi's Rescue - Focaccia or Ciabatta

Rüdi's Rescue - Focaccia or Ciabatta includes either one ciabatta or one focaccia, depending on what remains at the end of the previous day.

By rescuing a ciabatta or focaccia from yesterday's bake, you're helping give beautifully made bread a second chance—keeping it out of the bin while enjoying it at a reduced price.

Please note:

• Products are pre-selected. If another Rescue Ciabatta or Focaccia is available at the time of collection, we're happy to exchange it where possible
• Collection is from Rüdi's @ Riverbank Lane between 8.30am and 1.00pm on the nominated collection day 
• Orders are non-refundable and we cannot guarantee holding your Rescue Bag beyond the nominated collection day 
• Products may contain allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and seeds. Please ask if you'd like allergen information for your selected loaf
• Your Ciabatta or Focaccia can be refreshed by lightly sprinkling it with water and heating it in a preheated 160°C oven for 5–10 minutes to recreate a freshly baked crust

• Rescue items are available in very limited quantities and must be purchased online before collection.
