Shipping Policy
At Rüdi’s Bakehouse, all products are prepared fresh and packed with care. We currently offer local pickup, local delivery, and overnight courier delivery within the Waikato region for selected products.

Local pickup
Pickup orders are available from our selected store locations during the pickup window shown at checkout.
Customers are responsible for collecting orders during the selected pickup time. Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders not collected on the scheduled day may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Where possible, uncollected orders may be held until the following day, however freshness and quality cannot be guaranteed.
Local delivery
Local delivery may be available in selected areas and delivery windows will be shown during checkout where applicable.
Please ensure delivery details are entered correctly when placing your order. If delivery instructions are provided, our delivery team may leave the order unattended at the delivery address.
Once delivery has been completed to the address provided, responsibility for the order passes to the customer.
Regional courier delivery
We currently offer overnight courier delivery within the Waikato region for selected bread products.
Courier delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including weather events, courier delays, public holidays, and rural delivery schedules.
Because our products are perishable:
- customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery where appropriate
- parcels may be left unattended if no one is home
- and customers should refrigerate or store products appropriately upon delivery
We are not responsible for:
- incorrect delivery information provided by customers
- delays caused by courier providers outside our control
- or products left unattended after delivery
However, if your order arrives significantly delayed, damaged, or unsuitable for consumption, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rudis.nz and we will assess the situation.
Delivery timeframes
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Please note:
- delivery timeframes are estimates only
- rural deliveries may take longer
- and delays may occur during peak periods or public holidays
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Orders returned or delayed due to incorrect address details may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number
- photographs if applicable
- and details of the issue
