Rüdi’s is an artisan bakery based in Kirikiriroa / Hamilon offering handcrafted sourdough breads and pastries, together with banging brews from boutique Auckland roastery, Eighthirty.

Our products are inspired by favourite tastes from travels around the globe and are baked in small batches to bring joy to your day.

Our business was born in beautiful Whangamatā in 2021, after returning to NZ after 10+ years abroad in France and the UK. You can find out more about our back-story here.

After two years of operating on a pop-up basis, in August 2023 we proudly opened our permanent year-round bakery and retail space at Riverbank Lane in Kirikiriroa - welcoming locals and visitors alike to experience our artisan creations.

We love the feedback we get from our customers, and it fills our hearts with joy to hear when we see you again and again - or you've travelled across the country especially to try our bakes!

We often hear from our French visitors that our Almond Croissants & Pain au Chocolat are the best in New Zealand. There's honestly no bigger compliment! And once you've tried our Scandinavian style Spelt & Sprouted Rye sourdough, it's hard to eat anything but.
