Bread Club Subscription Policy
By purchasing a Bread Club subscription from Rüdi’s Bakehouse, you agree to the following subscription terms.
Subscription billing
Bread Club subscriptions are billed weekly using the payment method provided at checkout.
Your subscription will automatically renew each week unless paused or cancelled in accordance with this policy.
Minimum commitment period
Bread Club subscriptions are intended as a minimum 6-week commitment.
We understand circumstances can change, and customers are welcome to contact us at hello@rudis.nz if they need support with their subscription.
Pausing or cancelling your subscription
Customers may pause or cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting hello@rudis.nz.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, subscription changes or cancellations should be made before the weekly billing cutoff shown in your customer account.
Changes made after billing has occurred may apply to the following subscription cycle.
Failed payments
If a subscription payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment automatically.
If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until updated payment details are provided.
Pickup and delivery
Bread Club orders are prepared fresh each week for the selected pickup or delivery option chosen by the customer.
Customers are responsible for:
- collecting pickup orders during the scheduled pickup period
- providing accurate delivery information
- and ensuring deliveries can be safely received where applicable
Due to the perishable nature of our products, missed pickups or unattended deliveries may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Subscription changes
We may occasionally update subscription pricing, delivery areas, product offerings, or subscription terms.
Where practical, customers will be notified in advance of significant changes affecting their subscription.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
