Did you know that back when we were first dreaming up Rüdi's (4.5 years ago) we'd initially imagined our bakery having variations of three Bs: Bagels, Babkas, and Bialys.
 
Fast-forward to today, and the only “B” on our permanent menu is our chocolate & hazelnut babka...... Sooooo......
