Subscribe now and enjoy your favourite sourdough loaves at a discounted rate – no need to remember to order, we’ll do it for you. An order will be created and you’ll be charged automatically, so fresh bread just happens.

How it works:

• Pick-up in store every Thursday

• Overnight courier (for out-of-town) arriving Fridays

The Loaf

Our Original Sourdough is made with just flour, salt and water – nothing else. We use a blend of white, wholemeal, and rye flours, naturally leavened with our sourdough starter and given a slow fermentation for maximum flavour and digestibility.

Baked in tins, these loaves are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast. Thanks to the natural fermentation, they stay fresher for longer than most loaves.

Freezer Friendly

They also freeze beautifully. We recommend pre-slicing and storing in reusable ziplock bags – then it’s as easy as toasting slices straight from the freezer.
