Rüdi's Sourdough Special (V+)

This is the same dough as our Rüdi's Original signature loaves, a mix of white, wholemeal and rye flours, but uses a different inclusion:

- Aged cheddar & smoked paprika
- Fig & walnut
- Kalamata olive
- Sundried tomato
- Rosemary & parmesan
- Kumara & flaxseed 
- Oat & bush honey (from local beekeeper)

The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.
