PRE-ORDER for collection on EASTER THURSDAY, MARCH 28, from our Riverbank Lane store, 298 Victoria St, Hamilton, between 8.30am & 1pm.

It's that time of the year, and these Easter treats are so much more than your average HXB!

Rüdi's HXB are made with a hybrid sourdough & yeast dough. They are loaded with dried fruits, apricot and citrus peel, spiced with cinnamon, and have a brandy and cinnamon syrup glaze.

Half dozen (6 buns).

Contains: gluten, egg, dairy.

Please note that products are made in an environment that handles all allergens.

They were delicious, I love a good hot X bun, I feel like I can no longer eat any others! I'm now done until my next order next year. We used the last one to make a teeny bread and butter pudding. Also they were hand delivered to my car window because I couldn't get a park, thanks Stefan.

Our family carried out an expansive hot cross bun taste test, with selected buns from leading Auckland, Waikato and BoP bakers. It took very little time to crown Rudi’s our new winner, congratulations!
