This is the same dough as our Rüdi's Original signature loaves, a mix of white, wholemeal and rye flours, but packed full of seeds. The loaves are filled and coated with pumpkin, sunflower, poppy, linseeds and oats.

The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.

A weighty loaf

Rudis Sourdough loaves are solid and very tasty. Slices easily and freezes well. Has that true sour dough taste. Just like a San Francisco loaf but better. Great toasted as well.

Simple and stunning

Sour dough is a term loosely used and can often disappoint. Not this one. Like all of Rudi's goods its is perfection; not too heavy, not too light, toasts beautifully, eats well sliced untoasted and the seeds are plentiful without being over the top. Whether it's with rubbed garlic a good oil and tomato, poached eggs, cheese or on its own with a sip of wine - delicious. How lucky we are here in Whangamata!
