To be delivered to Whangamata & Whiritoa townships ONLY on CHRISTMAS EVE afternoon (Dec 24).
This is a lower gluten, Scandinavian style loaf, made with a blend of spelt and rye flours and loaded with sprouted rye grains and seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, linseed).
Perfect thinly sliced to accompany a cheeseboard, or keep for the week following Christmas (easily keeps for over a week!) and have toasted for your daily breakfast or lunch.
NB: Grains on the crust can become dehydrated through the baking process and harder on the bite.
The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.
