It's that time of the year, and these Easter treats are so much more than your average HXB!

Rüdi's hot cross buns (HXB) are made with a hybrid sourdough & yeast dough. They are loaded with dried fruits, apricot and citrus peel, spiced with cinnamon, and have a brandy and cinnamon syrup glaze. 

Dozen (12 buns).

Contains: gluten, egg, dairy.

How can you not love these. Sourdough with fruit & spice. I bought extra & froze some, so still enjoying them after all the other Easter treats are gone.
