Featuring the sweet, umami flavours of roasted Kumara and the nutty crunch of flaxseed, this artisan bread is perfect for sharing with whānau and friends, embodying the spirit of togetherness and renewal that Matariki represents. 

This is the same dough as our Rüdi's Original signature loaves, a mix of white, and organic wholemeal and rye flours. The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.
