PRE-ORDER for collection on THURSDAY JUNE 27 from our Riverbank Lane store, 298 Victoria St, Hamilton, between 8am & 1pm.
Claimed by a lovely customer 'Vogels on steroids', this is a lower gluten loaf, made with a blend of organic spelt and rye flours and loaded with sprouted rye grains and seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, linseed).*
Perfect thinly sliced for an open sandwich or to accompany a cheeseboard, or toasted for your daily breakfast or lunch.
The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.
NB: Grains on the crust can become dehydrated through the baking process and harder on the bite.
*The wholemeal and rye flours, along with the rye grains, are all organic and sourced from Milmore Downs in Canterbury.
