PRE-ORDER DEC 23: Rüdi's ORIGINAL Sourdough (V+)

PRE-ORDER for collection TUESDAY DEC 23 - from our Riverbank Lane store, 298 Victoria St, Hamilton, between 7.30am & 1.30pm. 

We're doing a special bake for those wanting to stock up for the holiday period!

Flour, salt and water, that's all that goes into Rüdi's Original signature loaves. A mix of white, wholemeal and rye flours* is used, together with sourdough starter and slow fermentation. 

The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.

*The wholemeal and rye flours used are organic and sourced from Milmore Downs farm in Canterbury.
