PRE-ORDER SATURDAY: Pain au Chocolat

PRE-ORDER for collection THIS SATURDAY from our Riverbank Lane store, 298 Victoria St, Hamilton, between 9am & 1pm. 

The pain au chocolat is a classic. It's commonly known as the chocolate croissant, and for good reason given it's made from layered flaky croissant dough with a stick of the chocolate stuffed through the centre.

We use the most incredible chocolate - 72% single origin chocolate from boutique bean to bar chocolatier Coromandel Chocolate. The beans are harvested by hand from the small island of Malekula in Vanuatu and the chocolate tis hen handcrafted in Whangamata.

We love supporting other passionate small businesses and the chocolate, together with our hand laminated pastry, is a match made in heaven.
