Sourdough cinnamon and cardamom bun, filled with custard, topped with blueberries and Swedish pearl sugar. Intense cinnamon flavour with a hint of spice from the cardamom.

A best seller with adults and children alike!

Gorgeous cinnamon taste compliment by a hint of cardamom and a custard that was soft and not too sweet; the blueberries finished it off. This is a gorgeous bun.
