The BEST sourdough in Hamilton!

I'm a qualified baker and I don't eat any bread except Rudi's. This seedy loaf is perfectly sour, laden with yummy seeds, and offers so much value for money. We order a loaf every week to use in our weekend brunch, and sometimes we eat half of it on the ride home!

Best Bread

I have recently discovered the best sour dough breads locally produced In the Waikato. Previously I have always brought home a couple of loves of sourdough from a European Bakery [not available in the North Island ] on an annual South Island trip. I don't need to do this in the future.

Consistent quality

Our favourite is the seeded Sour Dough. Slices beautifully and freezes well. Retains that Sour Dough after-taste. All of Rüdis products deliver on flavour and quality. We will miss you in Whangamata.
