PRE-ORDER for collection THIS FRIDAY from our Riverbank Lane store, 298 Victoria St, Hamilton, between 8.30am & 1.30pm.

This is a denser bread that has a rich, wonderful nutty flavour and great nutritional value. It pairs well with smoked fish or cured meats.

Rye flour has very little gluten it's perfect for those who want to reduce their wheat intake or who are gluten sensitive.

100% organic wholegrain rye flour, salt and water, that's all that goes into Rüdi's Rye sourdough loaves. The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.
