Rüdi's sourdough demi-baguettes are not part of our regular menu so enjoy this special for Christmas.

So simple and delicious, these sourdough demi-baguettes (meaning half sized) have a crunchy crust and a slightly sticky, light, open crumb. They are the perfect accompaniment to the Christmas spread, or wonderful eaten on boxing day with salted butter and Christmas ham. They are just as good reheated in the oven to warm and crunchy on day 2 & 3.

A taste of France.

I’ve spent a lot of time in France and one of the things I miss is the bread! (And the cheese). Buying Rudi’s baguette’s, croissants and other pastries is like walking into an authentic French patisserie right here in Hamilton. Thanks Team
